I am Pramod Kurampala, an artist deeply inspired by the rhythms of nature and the stories it tells. Growing up in Kerala, surrounded by lush greenery and cultural richness, my artistic journey began with an innate desire to capture the world as I saw it—vibrant, emotive, and interconnected. Through my works, I aim to explore the delicate balance between humanity and nature. My exhibition, Prapanjathalam, remains a significant milestone, where I used symbols like headless palms, caged birds, and reshaped landscapes to reflect the consequences of environmental exploitation. Art, for me, is not just an aesthetic experience but a medium of conscience and change. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of showcasing my works in several exhibitions organized by esteemed bodies like the Kerala Lalithakala Academy. These opportunities have brought recognition and reinforced my belief in art’s ability to initiate meaningful conversations. My creative process is deeply rooted in observation, memory, and a commitment to preserving the essence of our world for future generations. Every stroke on the canvas is a reminder of our shared responsibility and a call to reimagine our connection with the Earth.
