The commission art process in our studio begins when a client approaches us to create a custom piece tailored to their specifications. We initiate an in-depth discussion to understand the client's vision, including the desired subject, style, size, and medium of the artwork. Based on this information, we provide a detailed quote, outlining the cost and estimated timeframe for completion. Once the client agrees, we draft a formal agreement that specifies the project details, payment terms, and milestones for review. We typically require a deposit before starting work. Throughout the creation process, we maintain open communication with the client, sharing progress updates and seeking feedback to ensure the artwork aligns with their expectations. Upon completion, we present the final piece to the client and accommodate any minor adjustment requests. After receiving the client’s approval, we arrange for the final payment and deliver or install the artwork. This collaborative approach ensures each piece is a unique and personalized creation that fully satisfies the client's needs and desires.
